Ana Gabriela Paola Mendoza Abrego is an associate at Maillard Abogados Laborales, where she currently serves as the Firm’s Coordinator, leading the strategic operation of teams within the areas of labor litigation, preventive consulting, and comprehensive client services. Her practice is distinguished by a results-oriented approach focused on the efficient resolution of labor disputes and the development of long-term trusted relationships with the Firm’s clients.

She holds a dual degree in Law and Political Science from Centro Universitario Incarnate Word (CIW), as well as a master’s degree in labor law, an academic background that has enabled her to develop a comprehensive professional profile focused on legal analysis, organizational leadership, and the strategic management of labor relations.

Throughout her professional career, she has participated in the coordination and supervision of labor proceedings, the design of employer-side defense strategies, labor dispute negotiations, and the comprehensive management of legal matters, providing close support and practical solutions to companies across various industries. Her experience combines labor litigation with strong operational management and client service skills, adding value both in risk prevention and the strategic resolution of disputes.

She has also strengthened key skills in team leadership, talent development, and the establishment of institutional relationships with clients, labor authorities, and external counsel, actively contributing to the Firm’s growth and positioning.

Her professional profile is complemented by various diploma programs and specialized courses in administration, leadership, labor reform, forensic and electronic sciences, labor-related disabilities, and human rights. Additionally, she has participated in programs delivered by the National Human Rights Commission, strengthening her knowledge in matters related to gender, sexual diversity, human rights, and rule of law culture.

Additionally, she completed specialized studies in legal writing taught by Dr. Diego López Medina, as well as programs related to administration and social security, further consolidating a multidisciplinary and strategic perspective within the labor and employment legal field.
