Oscar Antonio Pérez Irazabal is a coordinator at Maillard Abogados Laborales, where he has established himself as an expert in individual and collective labor litigation, with extensive experience representing and advising companies in labor disputes, including union-related controversies and highly complex labor proceedings. His practice is distinguished by a strategic approach and strong technical expertise in handling sophisticated labor matters.
He currently serves as Litigation Coordinator, actively participating in the design and implementation of legal strategies for the resolution of both individual and collective labor disputes.
Oscar holds a Law degree from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in labor law at Centro de Estudios de Posgrado.
He has developed an outstanding professional career in labor law. He began his career at Blancas, Cárdenas y Fernández de Cevallos and later joined Maillard Abogados Laborales, where he has consistently participated in the strategy and management of highly relevant and complex labor proceedings.
He is a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society, an international legal honor society that recognizes the academic and professional excellence of its members.
