She obtained her Law degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), Faculty of Law, University City. She has been a Partner at Maillard Abogados Laborales since December 2016. She has worked at the firm since 2009 and currently serves as Director of the Workplace Inspection Area.
She holds a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS). She is a speaker on workplace inspection matters and a member of the Mexican Bar Association (Barra Mexicana, Colegio de Abogados, A.C.).
