Nalleli Ramos García is a coordinator at Maillard Abogados Laborales, where she specializes in strategic labor litigation and the representation of companies in federal and local labor proceedings. Her practice focuses on the comprehensive management of individual and collective labor disputes, as well as the design of preventive and defense strategies aimed at mitigating labor risks and protecting employers’ interests.
She has extensive experience in labor litigation before Federal and Local Conciliation and Arbitration Boards, as well as Labor Courts, actively participating in the preparation and follow-up of claims, responses, motions, settlement agreements, negotiations, and pre-trial proceedings. She currently coordinates the Firm’s pre-trial division and is involved in strategic matters within the energy sector, particularly in matters related to the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE).
Throughout her career, she has represented various companies and entities from both the public and private sectors, including Grupo Guadalajara, Editoriales Trillas, Volkswagen Coyoacán, the Mexican Petroleum Institute, Mexican Postal Services, and labor unions, among others. She also participated in the coordination of the portfolio representing the Asset Administration and Disposal Service (SAE) as the liquidating entity of Luz y Fuerza del Centro.
Her professional experience also includes preventive labor counseling for companies on matters related to employment terminations, negotiation and dispute resolution, severance and settlement calculations, employee separations, in-court and out-of-court settlement agreements, as well as comprehensive legal representation before labor authorities.
Prior to joining Maillard Abogados Laborales in 2020, she worked at law firms specialized in various areas of law, strengthening her experience in labor, civil, family, and criminal law, with a particular focus on strategic labor litigation and employer-side representation.
She has further complemented her professional background through various courses, conferences, and specialized programs delivered by institutions such as the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, CONAMED, and the Federal Government, in matters related to constitutional rights, legal hermeneutics, rule of law culture, and public policy within a democratic state governed by the rule of law.
