He obtained his Law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City. He also completed studies at Holy Names College ELS in Berkeley, California, and at the University of Tokyo (Kenshu Center).
He began practicing law in 1974. He is a Founding Partner of Maillard Abogados Laborales since 1983, the same year he was appointed Managing Partner. He participates in collective bargaining negotiations, litigation, public relations, and labor counseling, among other activities.
In 2013 he received significant recognition for his professional career when he was named an Endeavor Mentor, providing support and guidance to outstanding entrepreneurs to foster the growth and success of their companies.
