He obtained his Law degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) in 1954. He served as Labor Defense Attorney (Procurador de la Defensa del Trabajo) and held various executive positions within the Conciliation and Arbitration Board and the Employers’ Center of the Federal District.
Since 1989 he was a fundamental partner of this law firm. Within the firm he was in charge of Labor Counseling for major clients, as well as the comprehensive supervision of individual labor proceedings.
